    On the heights of Peypin, in the district of Valdonne, this gîte owes its name to its magnificent view of the valley and the surrounding hills. It is an independent house with a garden, several terraces, one of which is covered, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table and a private pétanque court. The owners live in the house above the gite (sloping ground). On the ground floor is a converted garage with dining area, fridge, freezer and microwave. The main living level is upstairs (access by an external or internal staircase from the garage) and is composed of:
    - A kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, extractor, fridge, dishwasher, dining area for 4 people, Nespresso pod coffee maker and fireplace (possibility of barbecues).
    - Dining room / living room with leather corner sofa for 5 people, flat screen TV with sound system and armchairs. Dining area for 8 people. Reversible climate control.
    - Cellar with washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, household utensils and large cupboards.
    - Independent WC with washbasin.
    - 1st bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm. Flat screen TV. Private bathroom for this bedroom with walk-in shower and washbasin.
