With adjoining terrace, it is located on the 1st floor and is adjoining another gîte. 3 other gites on site in total. A guard lives on the spot. Common areas accessible to all gîtes : summer kitchen with planchas and barbecues, common freezer and fridge, large common terrace on the ground floor, large room that can be used as a reception area with billiards, porch for children, shared lounge with library, shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer (extra fee). Parking on the closed property. Cot and baby chair on request. Bed linen provided, towels for hire, final cleaning on request. Electric heating (charged to real consumption in winter on meter reading). Pets allowed: 40 € per animal per stay.
