Gallery L’Argilla

House of santon and ceramics

A 570 m² gallery dedicated to the arts of the earth, a permanent exhibition-sale space for the ceramists and santon makers of the Pays d’Aubagne et de l’Étoile and a temporary one for the artists and craftsmen.

The restaurant area of the Argilla Gallery is open from Monday to Saturday lunchtime.

The Village of Santons in Provence

More than 3000 santons are staged in this large Provencal village in this collective creation gathering 17 santon makers from the Pays d’Aubagne et de l’Etoile.

The Little World of Marcel Pagnol

This universe of 200 santons signed by the greatest clay artists in the Pays d’Aubagne et de l’Étoile pays tribute to the literary and cinematographic creation of Marcel Pagnol.

Santon Museum

Maryse Di Landro

This museum, entirely created by the Di Landro family, is composed of more than 300 santons, unique pieces, staged according to different themes (biblical Nativity, Provence and historical).

The Santon Museum

The Oil Mill

This museum, presented by the Oil Mill, presents “the return to the sources”, the history of the santon of Provence. It retraces the trades and life of Provence at the end of the 19th century.

A panoramic crib of 320m² hosts more than 500 santons and automatons.
