Would you like to find out more about the actions of the Sainte-Baume Regional Nature Park, or find out which trails to follow? To mark the 10th anniversary of CheminsdesParcs.fr, Parc de la Sainte-Baume staff will take you on a tour of the Défens forest to discover one of the 45 hikes proposed on this tool, a reference in the field in the Southern Region's nature parks. This hike will give you the opportunity to discover the freshness of the Nayes spring, the north-western slope of the Sainte-Baume massif, its history, the species that inhabit it and the human activities that have taken place and continue to take place there.

Level of difficulty: Medium - Public: Intermediate - Children aged 12 and over
What to bring: water, snacks, walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, cap, sunglasses, sun cream. Please note: supervisors may refuse to accept participants without suitable footwear.
