Gîte Port Pin

In the countryside, 1.5 km from the village center, between Sainte Baume and the Calanques (Cassis is 20 km away), this beautiful house, attached to another gîte but not overlooked, faces south. It features a private swimming pool (4x8 m, 1.50 m deep, accessible from May 1st to September 30th), secured by an alarm, and a 300 m² plot with parking.

On the ground floor, access to the living room is via the gravelled terrace. Very bright thanks to its south-east exposure, it comprises a lounge area with a flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas, a dining area, and a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and small appliances).
A double bedroom (160x200 cm) opens onto the terrace through a French window and features a private shower room/toilet.
Upstairs, two bedrooms: one with two 90x200 cm beds and one with a 140x190 cm double bed. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Washing machine.

Bed and bath linens are included in the price.

On the grounds, you will also have access to a pétanque court and a children's play structure (swing and slide).
Reversible air conditioning (actual consumption), cleaning included (deposit), baby bed and high chair on request, Wi-Fi (fiber optic internet), barbecue (electric grill).

You are staying on an equestrian farm.
If you are a cyclist or hiker, you will be faced with a difficult choice given all the opportunities available to you.
