On the heights of Roquevaire, with a view of the Garlaban massif and the Huveaune valley. On one level: the cottage opens onto the day room with open kitchen (Air conditioning, 2-burner induction hob, refrigerator, combined oven/microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher), dining area, living room with flat screen TV , leather sofa.
A bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 opening onto a private terrace with a view of the Garlaban, air conditioning, flat screen TV, bathroom with sink, large shower, WC area and washing machine. 2 terraces, one with electric plancha, parking on the property. Terraced garden 2,000m². Access to the common swimming pool (10x5m, depth of 1.10 to 2.30 m) protected by a shelter and barrier, from May to October 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Ping-pong.
Heat pump and reversible air conditioning (included), end of stay cleaning possible (60€). Wireless. Animals accepted under conditions: contact the owner, supplement of €50 for the stay. Complete baby kit: travel cot, changing mat, stroller, bathtub, potty and booster seat.
Another studio on the property which can be used as an additional bedroom (check with the owners). Shops less than 5 minutes away. Near the gîte: Roquevaire and Aubagne, ideally located halfway from the old port of Marseille, Aix en Provence, Cassis, La Ciotat, the beaches and Provençal villages, Sainte Victoire... All these destinations within 20 minutes. You will be spoiled for choice and the owners will be happy to advise you according to your affinities and desires of the moment.
