In the middle of the landscapes of Pagnol and of Provence, gite adjoining the owners' house but not on the same level, with terraces and garden. On the heights of Roquevaire, with views from the terrace on the mounts of Garlaban.

Ground floor : the cottage opens on the day room with open kitchen (induction plate, small refrigerator, combined microwave, extractor hood, small dishwasher), dining area, living room with flat screen TV, sofa and coffee table.
First bedroom with 1 bed 2 persons 160 x 200 cm with private terrace, flat screen TV and DVD player, shower room open onto the bedroom with washbasin, shower, corner toilet and washing machine.
A second bedroom with 1 bed 2 people 160x200cm, library and desk, shower room open onto the bedroom with washbasin, shower and WC.

2 terraces with garden furniture, plancha, parking on the closed property. Private 2000 m² garden. Many shaded areas. Table tennis and petanque (bowl game).
Heat pump and reversible air conditioning (included), sheets and towels available, end of stay cleaning on demand (€50). Internet (wifi). Pets allowed under conditions : contact the owner before, extra fee of €60 for the stay. Cot and high chair on demand.
Another studio on the property which can be used as additional bedroom (deal with the owners).

Shops within 5 minutes. Near the gite : Roquevaire and Aubagne, ideally located halfway of the old port of Marseille, Aix en Provence, Cassis, the beaches and the Provencal villages, Sainte Victoire mount... All of these destinations are within 20 minutes. Owners will be pleased to advise you according to your preferences and desires of the moment.
