It is an independent house with garden, several terraces including one covered, swimming pool, ping-pong table and private pétanque court. The owners live in the house above the gîte (sloping land). On the ground floor there is a fitted garage with dining area, fridge, freezer and microwave. The main living level is upstairs (access by an exterior or interior staircase from the garage) and is composed of:
- A kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining area for 4 people, Nespresso pod coffee maker and fireplace (possibility of having barbecues).
- Dining room / living room with 5-person leather corner sofa, flat screen TV with sound system and armchairs. Dining area for 8 people. Reversible climate control.
- Cellar with washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, household utensils and large cupboards.
- Independent WC with hand basin.
- 1st bedroom with 1 160x200cm bed. Flat screen TV. Private bathroom for this room with walk-in shower and sink.
