The farm "les chèvres de la Baume" is run by Sébastien and Elodie GRAND. The goats are of the Alpine, Provencal and Rove breeds. They graze on the Garlaban foothills, and in pens or tunnels the rest of the time. Milking is done on site, as is cheese processing, using the goats' raw milk (40 goats on average in lactation).
