Elevation : 103m
8 cours Barthélémy, 13400 Aubagne
A pretty Provencal walk with no major difficulties before l'Espigoulier.
Olive growing has become the main agricultural activity here, and the excellent oil produced attests to this. You'll see for yourself as you ride through the region. Coach's advice: olive oil is good for cycling, you need to consume lipids, if possible good ones like the oil here. After 50 km of successive bumps, you're at the foot of the Col de l'Espigoulier, again, but this time on the north face. After this ascent, let yourself be carried down to Aubagne, on a beautiful road almost without giving a pedal stroke. A medium-difficulty route, with no formidable climbs.
