Les Prairies de Fenestrelle consists of a 35 m2 independent, unoverlooked apartment with a large private terrace and landscaped garden, all set in 2000 m² of fenced, secure grounds. Unlimited Wi-Fi access (fiber) included.
You can unwind in the 5-seater spa (therapeutic quality: gentle to powerful hydromassage with over 90 jets, luminotherapy and aromatherapy, permanently heated water), cool off in the 9m x 4m pool, enjoy a large garden, the pétanque court...

Just 20 minutes from the calanques of Cassis, the beaches, downtown Marseille and the Sainte-Baume massif...
Motorway access is just a few minutes away, as are shops and restaurants.
The apartment is air-conditioned. It can accommodate up to 4 people:
Bedroom: bed 160 x 200, bed linen provided, dressing room, 2nd TV connected...Bed made on arrival,
1 double bed in the living room (sofa bed with thick, comfortable mattress), bed prepared for extra person.
Fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, pressure cooker, freezer, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner....
Living room: TV (55p / 150cm - with NETFLIX access and video library), electric shutter...
Bathroom with Italian shower, double vanity unit, heated towel rail, bath linen provided, single-use bathrobes and slippers, plenty of storage space, separate WC.
Terrace and garden: gas barbecue and plancha, large garden table, deckchairs, pétanque court (boules provided).
Swimming pool accessible from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (secured by alarm), shared with the owner.
Private 5-seat spa available at all times, and even more enjoyable in the evening with spa lights and illuminated garden!
