Rando Yoga Ashtanga au-dessus d'Auriol - 1/2 journée

Take to the heights above Auriol for a hike combining balcony walking and Ashtanga yoga. The itinerary winds its way through the garrigue on stony paths punctuated by long steps, up to a natural promontory facing the Pic de Bertagne. From the heights, you can enjoy unobstructed views over the Pays d'Aubagne and the Garlaban massif. The walk, supervised by Sébastien, alternates with practice times guided by Ioana, encouraging breathing, physical commitment and concentration. An outing that combines effort, panorama and yoga practice.

Level of difficulty: Medium - Public: Beginner to Intermediate - Children aged 10 and over.
What to bring: water, backpack with snack and light picnic (30 minutes to eat) + cup + yoga mat, walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, cap, sunglasses, sun cream. Please note: supervisors may refuse to accept participants without suitable footwear.
