Take an active break in the Marcel Pagnol hills. Over a 6 km route, you'll alternate between walking and workshops in breathing, mobility, Pilates and stretching, naturally integrated along the way and accessible to beginners. The stony paths and tracks offer a varied terrain. This half-day invites you to get moving, release tension and regain energy, in an environment conducive to refocusing and breathing.
Level of difficulty: Easy - Beginners - Children aged 10 and over
What to bring: sports shoes and clothing, towel, water, snack, cap, sunglasses, sun cream. Please note: supervisors may refuse participants without suitable footwear.
