1. On-site consultation is free of charge.
2. The loan of books is free for Belcodènois and 8 EUR per year for non-residents. Each reader may borrow 4 books for one month.
3. The annual fee for multimedia loans is 15 EUR per family and 23 EUR for non-residents, with a 45 EUR deposit. Each family can borrow 4 audio CDs or CDRoms or videos or DVDs for one week.
4. Internet access is free. For minors, parental authorization is required.
