Familly Affair

Great-grandfather, Louis Bellon, left Ristolas, a small village in Queyras, for Aubagne in 1900. When he arrived, he set up a cheese factory in rue Moussard, in the old city center of Aubagne.

He was then not aware that he would pave the way to several generations of cheese producers afterwards.

Today, the fourth generation passionately practices this beautiful trade in Aubagne.

Charles-Henri Bellon, as a Lover of Provence, will visit many farms in the Bouches du Rhône, the Var, the Vaucluse and the Alpes de Haute Provence to have you try wonderful treasures.

He also makes it a pride to serve cheeses from Queyras throughout the year. A tribute to his great-grandfather.

The must-haves of the Bellon cheese factory:
(homemade)

• the Provençal Cachaille,
• homemade whipped cream,
• Lou Fadoli: goat cheese flavoured with Janot pastis.
