Description
Every day, Bastien roams the hills with his herd. A know-how handed down from his parents: an ancestral cheese, Brousse du Rove, Europe's smallest PDO cheese.
The goats are fed all year round on the range. This method requires daily outings of 5 to 6 hours. In this way, the animals find their food in the hills on the slopes of the Sainte Baume. It's the diversity of the flora they ingest, and the hardiness of the animals, that give this cheese its inimitable taste, a reflection of the terroir of our Provence.
