In the heart of the Pagnol hill, semi-detached gîte for 4 to 6 people with private swimming pool and two terraces

An 8-hectare estate at the gateway to Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, in the heart of the Pagnol hill, Pié de Veyran is a green setting.
It hosts a stable of owners, chickens, goats, dogs and cats on site. You can enjoy hikes departing from the gîte.
Enjoy two terraces, a first not overlooked with relaxation lounge and above-ground swimming pool in the courtyard (depth 71cm, open from June to September depending on the weather) and a second which overlooks the estate and offers you a superb view of nature. This semi-detached, air-conditioned gîte is composed of:
- a living room with large convertible sofa (additional bed for 2 people: 140x190 with a mattress topper), a coffee table, TV with Canal plus, table with 4 chairs, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 2-burner ceramic hob, hood aspiring
- a bedroom with a 180x200 bed and a large closet
- a mezzanine bedroom open to the living room with two 190x200 beds (low ceiling, recommended for children over 6 years old)
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a toilet Two private parking spaces. WIRELESS. Baby equipment on request The price includes: end-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels
