L'Arabesque

In the Cuges-les-Pins valley, ideally located just a few kilometers from the beaches and Calanques of Cassis, La Ciotat, Saint Cyr-sur-Mer, and Bandol, the Arabesque cottage is also at the foot of Mount Sainte-Baume. A true paradise for hikers, the house is located close to hiking trails, numerous equestrian centers, and climbing and paragliding sites. The house is detached and located on the owners' grounds, between another cottage and the main house. It features a terrace, an enclosed garden, and access to the shared swimming pool.

On two levels, the cottage comprises:
- A living room with a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, dining area, and an open-plan living room with a sofa, coffee table, armchair, bookcase, and TV.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with a 180x200cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, storage compartments, and a fan.

Outside, there's a 70m² enclosed garden and a 15m² terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill. Private parking space in front of the house. Access to the swimming pool shared with the owners and the other gîte: open year-round, 8x4m (1.40m deep), salt-treated, and secured by an alarm.
Bed linens and towels are included, and end-of-stay cleaning is included. No washing machine is available, but laundry service is available from the owner.
