The Pays d’Aubagne et de l’Etoile Intercommunal Tourist Office undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with article 47 of law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005. This declaration of accessibility applies to the tourisme-paysdaubagne.fr website.

Compliance status

The Pays d’Aubagne Tourist Office website is not yet compliant with the Référentiel Général d’Amélioration de l’Accessibilité (RGAA 4.1).
No compliance audit has yet been carried out, but an active accessibility improvement programme is underway.

Process underway

In order to comply with the regulations, we have planned the following actions:

  • A technical accessibility audit by an external service provider, scheduled for the coming months.
  • Implementation of an action plan based on the results of this audit, in order to correct the non-compliances identified.
  • Content (text, images, links, PDF documents) is gradually being taken over by the Tourist Office team, to ensure that it is accessible.
  • Ongoing collaboration with our web agency to integrate the necessary technical fixes.
  • Raising awareness and training our team in digital accessibility.
