Marius

Halfway between Sainte Victoire and Sainte Baume, between Aix-en-Provence and Cassis, the Marius gîte is an apartment located on the ground floor of the owners' beautiful villa. It has a beautiful view of the hills of Pagnol, and opens directly onto a terrace and the swimming pool (7x3.5m, depth 1.5m, open from May 1 to October 31 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.), shared with the owners and two other gites. The terraced garden is also shared and offers an ideal place for children to play: swing, slide, monkey bridge. The gîte, accessible from the terrace, is composed of:
- a living room with a 140x190cm convertible sofa, armchair, coffee table, flat screen TV on the wall, bookcase, table with 4 chairs, extra bed (single), kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4 gas burners, Nespresso coffee maker.
- a large bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, large wall cupboard, dressing area, high table with high stools, flat screen TV on the wall. Bay window overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool.
- a bathroom with corner shower, basin with storage unit, WC. The owner offers a wellness experience with yoga classes or massages on request.
All charges are included: sheets, towels, end of stay cleaning, electricity. Baby equipment on request. Pets prohibited.
