Programme
Day 1
Welcome in the early afternoon at the Youcamp Village – Marseille Provence campsite. Settle into your accommodation and get ready for your first training session.
Start the course with a 2-hour bike ride through the vineyards of Saint-Zacharie and Auriol. This gentle route is perfect for warming up and enjoying the first Provençal landscapes.
Day 2
After breakfast, it’s off for a training session in the valleys of the 3 massifs of Peypin, Montée des Termes and Saint-Savournin. A 2-hour circuit to work on your endurance over the varied gradients of these hills.
At the end of the day, follow up with a split workout on the ascent of the Col de l’Espigoulier: 6 x 20 seconds of intense effort, followed by 4 minutes 40 of recovery. Once at the top, take a moment to admire the sunset, before heading back down to Aubagne.

Day 3
Get ready for a long ride of over 4 hours by completing the Tour de la Sainte-Baume. This route is designed to work your endurance continuously and immerse you in a full day of cycling through the varied landscapes of Provence.
Day 4
A 3-hour training session in the morning, with intervals at race pace (3 x 8 minutes) to challenge you while enjoying the panoramic views of the Pays d’Aubagne et de l’Étoile. A perfect mix of intensity and the pleasure of discovery.
Day 5
Last morningsessionof 1h30 to complete your stay. A recovery run with a few accelerations, to round off your course in style before you leave.
