At the end of a cul-de-sac, nestled in the heart of a pine forest, this cottage welcomes you in an exceptional natural setting, with breathtaking views of Mont Julien, the Pagnol Hills, and the majestic Sainte-Victoire. Designed for comfort and well-being, the cottage offers: - A spacious, bright loft-style living room with a corner sofa, a sofa bed, and a bookcase, enhanced by an open fireplace, and a mezzanine converted into a large office space (2 desks, printer, screens, etc.) with an unobstructed view of Sainte-Victoire, ideal for combining remote working and inspiration. - A kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, food processor, and bar. - A pantry with an American-style refrigerator/freezer (water, ice, and crushed ice dispenser), washing machine, dryer, oven, and microwave. - For the sleeping area, 4 bedrooms (2 140x190cm beds and 2 160x200cm beds) await you. The accommodation is designed for 6 people, but can comfortably accommodate up to 8 and occasionally 9. - Spacious bathroom equipped with a corner bathtub and walk-in shower, double sinks. Outdoors, the hillside swimming pool (5.3m diameter, 1.35m deep, accessible from May 15 to September 30) overlooks the valley. A cozy covered area with a pizza oven and plancha grill promises unforgettable evenings. The amenities meet modern standards: fiber optic Wi-Fi, smart TV, complete baby equipment upon request (no extra charge), and private, enclosed parking for about ten vehicles. Bed linens, towels, and oil-fired heating are included. Firewood is provided free of charge upon request. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Dogs are welcome free of charge; cats are prohibited. You will receive a warm welcome from the passionate owners, who are committed to human interaction and a warm welcome, and who will be happy to advise you on the many activities available in the surrounding area.
