Settle into this air-conditioned accommodation, designed to sleep up to 4 people, ideally situated on the heights of Peypin with a high-quality private outdoor space. Enjoy a private garden with a terrace and barbecue for sunny days, and a 2.5 x 4 meter above-ground pool (chlorine, available from April to the end of September, weather permitting) as well as a jacuzzi. Inside, L'Eden sur la Colline comprises: - a living room with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs, and a smart flat-screen TV. Bay window with a view of the outside; and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, two-burner induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. - A first bedroom for two people with a 160x200cm bed and its own small private terrace. - A bathroom with shower, double vanity, heated towel rail, and integrated toilet. Upstairs: - A mezzanine overlooking the living room (sloping ceiling with a maximum height of 1.60m) with a 140x190cm bed, a chest of drawers, and clothes racks. Wi-Fi, parking in front of the gate. The price includes end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels. The price does not include tourist tax.
