Rules for our competitions

Article 1: ORGANISATION OF THE GAME

The Pays d’Aubagne et de l’Étoile Tourist Office (Association loi 1901 N°W133007785 / registered as a travel and holiday operator N°IMO13100030) located at 8 Cours Barthélemy, 13400 Aubagne is organising a free game with no obligation to buy, entitled Concours Grand Trail du Garlaban.

This free game runs from Monday 2/03/26 to Friday 6/03/26 inclusive, under the conditions set out in these rules.

Article 2: CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

This free game is reserved for Internet users who are members of the Instagram social network, all minors over the age of 13 with parental authorisation and all adults living in mainland France (including Corsica), with the exception of the staff of the organising management and control companies and their families. Participation in the game implies pure and simple acceptance of these rules.

Any participation by a minor requires the prior written and dated authorisation of one of the minor’s parents or legal guardian in order to take part in the competition. The Organising Company may ask any participant who is a minor to provide proof of this authorisation and, if necessary, disqualify a participant who cannot provide proof of this authorisation.

Under no circumstances will Meta be held liable in the event of a dispute relating to the game. This application is not managed or sponsored by Meta. The information you provide is given to L’Office de Tourisme du Pays d’Aubagne et de l’Étoile and not to Meta. This operation is in no way associated with, managed or sponsored by Meta. As such, all participants confirm that they have fully discharged Meta.

Article 3: HOW TO ENTER

This game will only be available on the Instagram page @aubagneoutdoor via a post.

Article 4: PRIZE

The prize is as follows: 3 race numbers (3 winners) for each of the races taking place during the Grand Trail du Garlaban on Sunday 29 March 2026.

Article 5: DESIGNATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF ENTRY

5.1. The winners will be chosen by a system of chance from among the entries. The game will run for 7 days. The organising company will inform the winners via Instagram instant messaging as well as in a comment under the post, on the day of the draw. Under no circumstances may this prize be exchanged for its cash value or for any other prize.

5.2. Participants authorise their identity to be verified. Failure to comply with these rules, as well as any fraud or attempted cheating, regardless of the method used, will result in the pure and simple elimination of the entrant.

5.3. Participation in the game is exclusively via Meta by logging on to: https://www.instagram.com/aubagneoutdoor/ in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. Proven intent to cheat or attempted cheating by a participant, in particular by creating false identities enabling multiple entries to be made, may result in formal and definitive disqualification from taking part in the competition.

5.4. To validate his or her participation, the Internet user must indicate:

• Like the post
• Tag 1 friend under the post
• Follow the accounts @aubagneoutdoor and @grandtraildugarlaban

The draw will take place on Friday 6/03/26 at the Pays d’Aubagne et de l’Étoile Tourist Office, 8 Cours Barthélemy 13400 Aubagne. The organiser will inform the winner by e-mail.

Article 6: PERSONAL DATA

By accepting the prize, the winner authorises the organising company to use his/her Meta pseudonym and Meta photograph in any promotional event related to this game, without this use giving rise to any consideration other than the prize won.

Participants are hereby informed that their contact information, i.e. last name, first name and e-mail address, to be collected during the course of the Contest, will be used solely by the company for the purposes of participating and awarding prizes in the Contest, and may in this context be transmitted to the company’s suppliers/subcontractors. At the end of the Contest, all personal information necessary for participation in the Contest will be deleted by the organising company. The participant may also, if he or she explicitly wishes, ask to be registered for an information e-mail from the organising Company. The data collected in this way may be used within the legal framework.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, amended in 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), you have the right to access, rectify, object to, delete and port your personal data, which you may exercise by contacting the Pays d’Aubagne et de l’Étoile Tourist Office.

Article 7: APPLICABLE LAW AND INTERPRETATION

The Rules are governed exclusively by French law.

Participation in this game implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in these rules. The organising company will not answer any questions concerning the practical details of the game throughout its duration. The organising company shall be the sole arbiter of any question relating to the application of these rules or any question that may arise that is not resolved by these rules. These decisions are final.
