Wild plant discovery walk at Font de Mai

Take your group on a nature break at Font de Mai with this wild plant discovery walk. Accompanied by Alice, participants will learn to recognise the plants of the garrigue, their uses and the rules for picking them, before finishing with a tasting of herbal tea. It’s a fun, educational experience in the heart of Pays d’Aubagne’s natural heritage.

Programme

Come and discover the wild plants of the garrigue and along the paths.

During a 2.5 km walk to the Font de Mai with Alice, you will wander through the valley to learn how to recognise some wild plants and how to use them (in herbal teas, for food or if they are poisonous…). The rules for gathering and preserving plants will also be explained.

A tasting of herbal tea will round off the outing.
